The initial set of radio buttons allows you to choose which deletion flag should be updated: To Be Deleted or To Be Archived. There are two distinct flags for business partners: one signifies that the business partner will no longer be utilized (deletion flag), while the other indicates that the business partner is prepared for archiving, meaning it will be removed from the database along with all its transactional data.

The flags “Can Be Deleted” and “Can Be Archived” in the System Status indicate that the corresponding changes in status can be made.
