How to Choose Business Partner in SAP

How to Remove a Business Partner in SAP
If your company has implemented a customized business add-in (BAdI) with specific selection criteria, you can indicate that you want to utilize it by selecting the Filter option. BAdIs, which are also known as user exits or enhancements in development terms (such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms), may include a 20-character input called Further Differentiation. If this is the case, you can make a choice in the corresponding field for further differentiation.
The flag for Deletion/Achievability Check signifies that you wish to have this screen verify if there are any ongoing processes that will be affected by removing this business partner.
How can a business partner be flagged for deletion in SAP?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Look for a business partner in the Search Business Partner result list.
2. Within the Search business partner service, choose a business partner from the result list and select Mark for Deletion.
3. Provide change request data.
4. In the Change Request section, enter a description of your change request in the Description field.
Remember to complete each step carefully and accurately as instructed.
Deletion/Archiving Flag
In this section of the screen, you have control over the actions to be executed through this program. The initial set of radio buttons allows you to choose which deletion flag should be updated: To Be Deleted or To Be Archived. There are two distinct flags for business partners: one signifies that the business partner will no longer be utilized (deletion flag), while the other indicates that the business partner is prepared for archiving, meaning it will be removed from the database along with all its transactional data.
The flags “Can Be Deleted” and “Can Be Archived” in the System Status indicate that the corresponding changes in status can be made.
In the second group of radio buttons, you can choose the action you want to perform. By selecting “Set Flag,” you indicate that you want to assign the deletion/archiving flag to the business partner. On the other hand, by choosing “Reset Flag,” you express your intention to remove or clear out the deletion/archiving flag, restoring the business partner to its regular state.

The initial step involves identifying the business partners that can be blocked in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable. To accomplish this, you will need to utilize the Check Bus transaction. This transaction allows you to assess which business partners are eligible for blocking based on specific criteria.
Once you have determined the suitable candidates for blocking, the next step is to schedule the actual blocking of these business partners using the Block Business Partner Data (BUPA_PRE_EOP) transaction. This transaction enables you to initiate a process that prevents further transactions or activities related to these particular business partners.
